Position Overview

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and food preparation. This position requires no formal education, and we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables, trays, and chairs, as well as sanitizing dishes and kitchen surfaces.
  • Food Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out orders.
  • Customer Service: Take customer orders and serve them at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, receive and store supplies in appropriate areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and keep the kitchen area tidy.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean environment.
Work Environment

This role involves repetitive tasks and requires standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
