We are expanding our team and seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic and customer-centric group, concentrating on our innovative product offerings.

Our platform integrates comprehensive data, including pricing, inventory, advertising expenditure, and more, with valuable insights such as market trends and competitive analysis. We aim to provide seamless advertising automation to convert insights into actionable strategies.

Location: We embrace a remote-first approach and are looking for this Full Stack Software Developer to work within the EST - PST time zones in Canada (excluding Quebec).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: You will be instrumental in designing and developing new web applications and microservices, as well as enhancing features in our existing systems.
  • Technology Recommendations: Your insights will guide our decisions on the technologies to be utilized for new projects and improvements.
  • Maintenance and Improvement: As our company grows, you will proactively address challenges by maintaining current codebases and system infrastructures, while enhancing our development and production environments.
  • Collaboration: You will actively participate in code reviews and project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.
  • Mentorship: We value knowledge sharing, and you will have the opportunity to mentor junior and intermediate developers on best practices in programming and infrastructure.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Developer: You possess extensive experience in full stack development, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Django, and React. Familiarity with Ruby and Big Data/Spark is advantageous.
  • Analytical Thinker: You approach problem-solving systematically and are comfortable tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Independent and Team-Oriented: You can manage small projects independently while also collaborating effectively with your team.
  • Customer-Centric: You prioritize delivering outstanding experiences to users, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
