Job Title: Head of Customer Success Canada

As the Head of Customer Success Canada, you will be responsible for leading the customer success function in Canada, ensuring that Intuit's customers have an exceptional experience across our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing a customer success strategy that drives retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer success strategy that aligns with Intuit's business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of customer success professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in customer success or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
