Job Title: Parts Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, answering their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is up-to-date and easily accessible to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and promote our products to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
