Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication with customers.
  • Conduct sales calls to promote and sell retail parts and accessories.
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase our products.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure it is up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
