About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, receive and process inventory shipments, and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display and merchandising of products.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inventory management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory control software.
