Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, conduct sales calls, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, set up displays of retail parts and accessories, and maintain inventory of equipment.
  • Sales and Marketing: Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 36-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
