Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, conduct sales calls, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records on inventory control systems, maintain inventory of equipment, and ensure accurate records.
- Sales and Merchandising: Set up displays of retail parts and accessories, advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and provide excellent oral and written communication.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory control software and the internet.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
