Job Overview

The SEO Strategy Specialist position is essential for boosting the organic search visibility of Publicis Groupe clients through strategic SEO implementations. We are looking for a candidate who is genuinely enthusiastic about search and has a thorough understanding of its integration with wider digital marketing strategies and the latest industry trends.

As a cornerstone of effective Search practices, the SEO Strategy Specialist will be tasked with executing, enhancing, and overseeing technical SEO operations across client platforms. This role is crucial in the strategic development and optimization of digital assets, providing insightful recommendations on SEO best practices and uncovering content opportunities. A proactive mindset and a commitment to keeping up with industry advancements are vital for delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and craft SEO content and metadata, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and alt attributes. Analyze and assess search results and performance across major search engines, generating reports to illustrate findings. Utilize data to enhance site architecture, usability, and conversion rates aligned with business goals and KPIs. Conduct keyword analysis to identify new content opportunities for clients. Translate SEO outcomes into actionable insights and recommendations to enhance digital presence and visibility. Present SEO analytics and strategic opportunities directly to clients. Perform competitive analysis to understand client competitors' strategies and identify necessary actions for client success in organic search. Investigate emerging trends in the search industry and educate teams on evolving search engine algorithms. Maintain communication with your direct Manager and broader teams regarding project progress, timelines, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in SEO, ideally within an agency or startup context. Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute SEO initiatives. Understanding of the interconnectedness of media channels and their impact on traffic and rankings. Capability to conduct SEO audits, pinpoint opportunities/issues, define solutions, and implement action plans. Familiarity with tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, and LookerStudio. Strong analytical abilities with effective presentation skills for findings and observations. Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients while meeting targets and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit to work with various teams within the organization. A naturally curious individual who critically assesses the business and marketing implications of findings, considering how search can inspire exceptional creative, content, and user experiences. Strategic, creative, inquisitive, intelligent, and diligent. A proactive individual who embraces challenges and is eager to tackle new tasks without limitations. A self-driven, hardworking person excited about the possibilities of digital marketing.
