Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of robust technical and SEO strategy experience
  • In-depth understanding of both onsite and offsite SEO
  • Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress and Shopify
  • Experience in troubleshooting Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Expertise in conducting technical SEO audits and keyword research for complex organizations
  • Efficient with various computer applications and SEO tools
  • Proven track record in developing strategies from research to implementation with standard operating procedures
  • Familiarity with at least 5 different crawl tools, link analysis tools, and onsite audit tools

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish client strategies and objectives in collaboration with your Account Strategist
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of junior SEO team members
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and processes for the SEO team
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding strategies, timelines, and outcomes
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new SEO techniques while managing processes
  • Conduct comprehensive B2B keyword research for clients and assist in developing cluster maps
  • Quality assurance of team outputs and provide training/coaching for enhancement
  • Monitor and proactively create and manage action plans across multiple client accounts
  • Set up and evaluate analytics, developing strategies for the content and SEO teams
  • Analyze data consistently, monitoring conversions, bounce rates, and other key metrics
  • Execute local, national, and video SEO campaigns through your team
  • Report key metrics and targets to the operations manager
  • Present findings and insights regularly to the team

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of full-time SEO experience, with demonstrable results
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment
  • Familiarity with clients in North America, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Evidence of ongoing learning and testing of SEO strategies

Job Type:
  • Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • 100% Remote
