Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing to drive our online presence and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content creation, as well as experience with technical SEO, UX, and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of SEO initiatives.
- Perform regular website audits and technical SEO assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement fixes.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including titles, descriptions, and schema markup.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of direct experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to strategize and execute with a user-centric approach.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with reporting tools, such as Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with keyword analysis tools, such as SemRush and Ahrefs.
- Fluency in French (an asset).
