Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at KP Group Ventures Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Staff Management: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, as well as hire and dismiss staff as needed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our high standards of cleanliness and quality are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, ensuring that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: 30 to 40 hours per week, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
