Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
