Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, occupational health and safety, leave of absence administration, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with corporate executives and managers to support recruitment efforts, including defining recruitment plans, preparing postings, and conducting interviews.
• Oversee occupational health and safety programs, including accident reporting and case management.
• Prepare and maintain leave of absence documentation and escalate to the Director, Human Resources as necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including team member engagement surveys and policy launches.
• Coordinate licensing and company requirements for team members, including Serving it Right and GPEB checks.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and liaise with site HR to ensure data quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and experience an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience with a solid background in full-cycle recruitment and occupational health and safety.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and HRIS experience preferred.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.

Work Environment

• Regular office and casino environment, non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances, some travel may be required.
