Global Immigration Case Specialist

Pacston Technology Group Inc. is seeking dedicated Case Managers to oversee international immigration cases. This role serves as the primary contact and resource for clients navigating global immigration processes. The responsibilities include guiding, assisting, and communicating with clients to compile all necessary documentation. Comprehensive orientation and training will be provided post-onboarding. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in the legal sector, gaining training and exposure to federal law while facilitating global talent migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and modify technical/legal documents and correspondence based on internal guidelines
- Edit documents in accordance with internal standards and client input
- Respond to client inquiries through the case management platform
- Engage in reference letter initiatives
- Occasional overtime may be required to address client messages and complete projects promptly
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional English writing abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding client service aptitude
- Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro
- High level of self-motivation and capability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Fluency in a second language besides English
- Relevant internship or work experience is advantageous
Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The benefits plan includes health insurance, extended health care, long-term disability insurance, paid leave, and holidays. A 10% salary increase will be provided upon successful completion of the trial period.
