We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at HE Global Immigration Consultancy Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, perform data entry, and maintain and manage digital database.
  • Support Services: Participate in government or community programs or initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
