Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Solutions Engineer to join our team at Quectel Wireless Solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and customer training on our wireless modules and development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our entire product line, including 5G, LTE/LTE-A, UMTS/HSPA, GSM/GPRS, and GNSS wireless technologies.
• Develop and deliver customer training programs on our wireless modules and development tools.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their application requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop demonstration applications to help customers evaluate and integrate our modules more effectively.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Three years or more experience in embedded product design or firmware development in electronics.
• Strong knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/LTE/TCP/IP/GPS specifications and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in a multicultural work environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in embedded Linux, Android system, or other OSs.
• Experience in 2G, 3G, NBIoT, CatM, LTE RF/Antenna design, tuning, or testing.
• Familiarity with module certificates, such as CE, FCC, GCF, PTCRB, or carrier's approval process.
• Experience in IoT, PC notebook, auto electronics industries.
• Proficient in C/C++, Perl, Python, Shell programming skills.
• Knowledge of wireless network, mobile phone, or wireless modem technologies, including Bluetooth, WIFI, Zigbee, etc.
• Familiarity with ARM microcontrollers architecture.
