About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Jitterbit. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving SMB sales success in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within an assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new leads, and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Forge meaningful connections with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead the charge in closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Showcase our game-changing solutions through compelling presentations, demos, and sales materials to prospects and customers.
  • Leverage the latest sales tech stack to amplify your impact and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to close deals.
  • Mastery of sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about our innovative products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
  • A passion for exceeding expectations and driving results in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
