Job Overview

As a Project Coordination Administrator, your primary role will involve overseeing project operations to ensure timely execution while delivering administrative and logistical assistance. This includes organizing meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation. You will operate autonomously within established protocols related to your specific duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate project teams by coordinating, participating in, and managing essential project documentation.
  2. Track action items to ensure timely responses and actions.
  3. Assist in the creation, planning, and execution of meeting agendas and distribute relevant materials.
  4. Monitor project execution to guarantee timely contributions from team members.
  5. Identify potential process bottlenecks and collaborate with management to address issues.
  6. Prepare and present progress reports.
  7. Support the documentation of approvals and shop drawings.
  8. Engage with personnel and managers during project activities.
  9. Conduct incidental project management tasks including planning, research, analysis, and implementation of deliverables.
  10. Lead small projects as a team coordinator.
Required Qualifications
  1. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
  2. Proficient problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze workflows and processes.
  3. Skilled in conducting research related to project issues.
  4. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficient in computer applications.
