Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand needs and maintain a relationship of trust throughout the project phases.
  • Ensure system compliance, manage technical risks, and iterate with clients on their requirements.
  • Establish, manage, and capture system and subsystem requirements, design and model systems, and monitor system performance.
  • Develop technical budgets, define margins, and make regular presentations to clients or the technical team.
  • Work with the Integration and Test team to develop test plans, define verification and validation strategies, and coordinate the project team technically.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or applied sciences, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in developing optical instrumentation.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a technical project lead, including requirements tracking, control system development, and electro-optical systems development.
  • Proficiency with tools like Magic Draw, Windchill, Office suite, and programming experience in Matlab or Python.
