As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, working in an Agile, collaborative, and cross-functional environment. Your role will focus on embedding quality into every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement automated tests for RESTful web services utilizing a C#-based testing framework.
- Collaborate with various teams to continuously enhance frameworks, methodologies, and processes for Quality Management, including test planning, execution, and quality reporting.
- Engage directly in Agile product development, contributing to requirements analysis, test planning based on requirements, and test case development.
- Conduct exploratory manual, functional, and regression testing, performing root cause analysis on defects and generating clear, concise bug reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language (C# preferred), with experience in Java, Objective-C, C/C++, or Python.
- Approximately 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years at a senior level.
- Over 8 years of experience in software testing, including feature analysis, test planning, test case authoring, and defect reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation for web or mobile applications.
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with performance and load testing is preferred.
