About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and talented Senior Art Director to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, large-scale websites, social media, print campaigns, presentations, video, animation, and more.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the creative team to communicate ideas and designs.
  • Partner with copywriters to create compelling and effective content.
  • Present work to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your expertise and creativity.
  • Provide oversight and design direction to production designers.
  • Collaborate with and provide direction to illustrators, animators, and video production teams.
  • Maintain consistent creative quality and become a brand expert.
Requirements
  • A beautiful online portfolio of digital work, with print work being a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience working at an agency or in-house creative services team.
  • Expert competency with Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of After Effects being a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with Figma, with the ability to improve proficiency quickly.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Experience art directing and storyboarding for video and/or animation projects.
  • Illustrations skills are a plus.
  • Experience designing social media ads/banners.
  • Solid understanding of typography and layout.
  • Solid comprehension of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email, and beyond.
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly.
  • Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from senior members of the creative team.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both original and on-brand.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and listening abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with an advanced level of proficiency.
  • Humble attitude, with no egos.
