Job Title: Part Time Sales Lead

Chico's FAS, Inc. - Retail is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Time Sales Lead to join our team. As a Part Time Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and team motivation.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure sales excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
