Sales Team Lead

Little Burgundy is a unique footwear retailer with a distinct style for discerning tastes. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our customers. We're looking for a Sales Lead to assist store management with daily operations, develop a successful sales team, and meet sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and managing daily store operations in the absence of store management
* Providing feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees
* Performing opening and closing duties according to company policy
* Effectively communicating store needs to store management
Requirements include:
* Completion of training programs leading up to Sales Lead position
* Ability to work night and weekend shifts
* Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
