Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Michael Kors Canada Co. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that all sales floors are fully staffed and operating at optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all sales associates are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain all sales and operational procedures, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
