Administrative Coordinator for Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join the Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, and Corporate Governance team. The successful candidate will provide confidential administrative assistance to the leadership and team members of the Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk, and Corporate Governance (IEC) team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare board packages, including tracking IEC deliverables and coordinating submission of board packages.
- Support the report finalization process, including editing, formatting, and managing executive consultations.
- Triage information of a sensitive and confidential nature, coordinate the flow of information, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of administrative services.
- Interact with senior leadership and their administrative support staff to professionally represent IEC using strong communication abilities.
- Oversee administrative procedures internally for the IEC team and support the department's project management of various engagements.
- Work independently and communicate with internal and external partners/customers in a manner that promotes positive and respectful relationships.
- Lead and drive internal improvement projects as directed.
- Graduation from a post-secondary program or administrative assistant program.
- Three to five years' progressive experience supporting senior level management or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Intermediate to advanced word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, desktop publishing, and organizational skills.
