Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager - Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements and projects, primarily focusing on Enterprise, Operational, and Capital Risk. Your expertise will be essential in providing independent, objective assurance over the design and execution of our risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit engagements and projects, focusing on Enterprise, Operational, and Capital Risk.
- Develop and implement audit plans, ensuring effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments, identifying and evaluating potential risks and controls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and risk owners.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation of audit recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, with a focus on Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of risk governance frameworks for banking organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
