About the Role
- As a Service Advisor at Dilawri Mitsubishi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, gathering information to identify vehicle repair and maintenance needs, and advising on maintenance schedules and services.
- Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.
- You will be responsible for documenting and completing repair orders, verifying customer information, and providing accurate detailed price estimates.
