Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our management team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to each and every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
  • Manage the guest experience, ensuring every guest who visits our facilities is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
  • Assist with managing the theatre's budget and growing revenue.
  • Forecast and initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
