Part-time Accounting Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the financial operations of our real estate client, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable duties, including data-entry, VISA statements, credit applications, and WSIB clearance checks.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, month-end closings, and payroll processing.
  • Support invoicing and credit/debit memo creation, as well as substantial completion of advertisements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations, with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Availability to work part-time hours between 16-20 per week.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Accounting diploma or equivalent experience.
