Job Title: Part-Time Education Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Part-Time Education Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the centre's operations, working closely with centre staff, teachers, parents, and students. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination of student schedules, staff, and teachers
  • Organize and administer assessments to ensure student progress
  • Develop and oversee student learning programs to meet individual needs
  • Ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
  • Provide coaching and support to teaching staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy
Requirements:
  • Minimum university degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
  • Additional language(s) spoken is an asset
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service
  • Training and management experience is an asset

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 2pm - 8pm
  • Fridays: 9am - 3pm (optional)
