**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Patient Greeting and Verification**: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, verify their prescription information, and ensure accuracy before filling.
  • **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately enter patient care information into our system, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Third-Party Adjudication**: Process third-party claims and adjudicate prescriptions as necessary.
  • **Dispensing and Inventory Management**: Accurately dispense prescription medications, maintain inventory levels, and ensure stock is properly managed.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, respond to general OTC inquiries, and refer patients to pharmacists as needed.
  • **Prescription Pickup**: Handle customer prescription pickup and ensure a smooth and efficient process.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably with Health Watch experience.
  • **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • **Customer Service**: Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to provide exceptional service.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficient in computer and data entry skills.
  • **Flexibility**: Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
