Accounting Specialist Part-time Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to work 16-20 hours per week over 3-4 days between 8:30am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable duties, including data-entry, VISA statements, credit applications, and WSIB clearance checks.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, month-end processes, and payroll.
  • Support invoicing and create credit/debit memos.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with AP, Payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Interest in working part-time hours between 16-20 per week.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Accounting diploma is an asset.
