About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at NBC. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, while also maintaining and growing existing relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities for expansion.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience: Three years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
