Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at AIM Kenny U-Pull. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various suppliers and customers in the automotive and recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and negotiate purchasing conditions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyze data to inform sales strategies, and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads, identify potential customers, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales and prospecting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, numeracy and mental math skills, and good knowledge of Office 365.
