Human Resources Coordinator

Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that the HR department operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR department initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including team management and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance of HR projects with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation programs and conduct data analysis.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to foster a productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management, union representatives, and external HR consultants to enhance HR practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all employees and stakeholders.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
