Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that the HR department operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR department initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including team management and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance of HR projects with relevant laws and regulations.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage employee performance evaluation programs and conduct data analysis.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to foster a productive work environment.
- Collaborate with management, union representatives, and external HR consultants to enhance HR practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all employees and stakeholders.
