The RoleWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cambridge & Woodstock, supporting our flagship client in the automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity to work on-site, collaborating with hiring managers to guide hiring decisions and coach on best practices.
The successful candidate will support client hiring managers in filling vacancies to target, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
Key Accountabilities- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders, providing counsel and advising on the recruitment process.
- Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with hiring managers to identify the best approach based on market and hiring demands.
- Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable.
- 4 to 10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery, with a strong background in hiring for technical roles within engineering and automotive.
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing, with a focus on niche positions requiring complex recruitment strategies.
- Understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies, including web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching.
- Experience working with recruitment technology and databases.
- Ability to work within a complex or matrixed organization, with experience working with remote teams.
This is a full-time opportunity, with a schedule that includes working on-site in Cambridge & Woodstock. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working with a global organization that values diversity and inclusion.
