About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at Gore Mutual Insurance. As a key member of our People Experience team, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and building a pipeline of top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet business hiring needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Source and attract top talent through various mediums, including AI, social media, and networking events
  • Proactively build pipelines of future talent and provide real-time labour market data to inform hiring decisions
  • Manage and prioritize searches against urgent timelines, setting benchmarks and metrics to measure success
  • Partner with Communications to drive Recruitment Marketing Campaigns and educate leaders on brand ambassadorship
  • Program/Project Manage key hiring initiatives to support the strategic business plan
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and developing strategic sourcing plans
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to unforeseen situations
  • Ability to work in a hybrid team environment with 2 days a week spent in our Cambridge office
