Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet business hiring needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Source and attract top talent through various mediums, including AI, social media, and networking events
- Proactively build pipelines of future talent and provide real-time labour market data to inform hiring decisions
- Manage and prioritize searches against urgent timelines, setting benchmarks and metrics to measure success
- Partner with Communications to drive Recruitment Marketing Campaigns and educate leaders on brand ambassadorship
- Program/Project Manage key hiring initiatives to support the strategic business plan
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
- Experience coaching hiring managers and developing strategic sourcing plans
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to unforeseen situations
- Ability to work in a hybrid team environment with 2 days a week spent in our Cambridge office
