We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Flex team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our delivery systems, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute technical strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and processes
- Lead the development and deployment of software solutions to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects and programs
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
