Our technology group builds software that enables fast and efficient delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize various aspects of delivery decisions.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Principal Technical Program Manager to own and shape the future of our Flex systems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well, and staying connected to the details. You'll deliver results in an ambiguous environment, define strategy, and build and execute roadmaps for the programs you own. You'll be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders and internalize Amazon's Leadership Principles to guide your programs to success.

Requirements- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
