Principal Technical Program Manager, Amazon Flex, Last Mile

Amazon is seeking a talented Principal Technical Program Manager to own and shape the future of our Flex systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well, and staying connected to the details. You will deliver results despite working in an ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Define strategy and build and execute road maps for the programs you own.
- Be responsible for overall coordination, quality, and productivity, and be the primary point of contact for worldwide stakeholders of programs that you run.
- Internalize Amazon's Leadership Principles and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.
As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build software that makes it possible to deliver orders in one hour or less. You will partner with tech teams across multiple VP-level organizations, operations, and product teams for multiple businesses, and science to build tech that optimizes various aspects of delivery decisions.
Requirements- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.
