Automotive Glass Technician Job Description

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to repair and replace automotive glass, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and repair minor damages to automotive glass using specialized tools and techniques
  • Replace damaged or broken windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs
  • Perform calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after windshield replacement
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options and addressing concerns
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling and installing automotive glass
Requirements:
  • Proficient in repairing and replacing windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs
  • Experience with ADAS calibration is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
