Job Summary

Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Glass Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Repair Automotive Glass: Evaluate the condition of automotive glass and determine the appropriate repair or replacement method.
  • Windshield Repair and Replacement: Repair minor damages such as chips and cracks using specialized tools and techniques, and replace damaged or broken windshields.
  • ADAS Calibration: Perform calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after windshield replacement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling and installing automotive glass.
  • Professional Development: Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new repair techniques.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in repairing and replacing windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs.
  • Experience: Experience with ADAS calibration is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Valid driver's license.
