Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Punjabi By Nature - Oakville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Planning: Develop and implement effective plans to manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on food and other supplies, ensuring that our restaurant remains competitive in the market.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
