About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bridlewood Child Learning Centre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our computerized systems, including financial records and other information.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
