Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Orkin Canada Corporation. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
