About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ECE Assistant to join our team at Angel Pines Centre Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our child care centre and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans.
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support Services
    • Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
    • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
    • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping
    • Communicate with parents about children's progress and situations.
    • Assist early childhood educators in keeping records.
    • Submit written observations on children.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
    • Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications
    • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 30-40 hours per week.
