About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ECE Assistant to join our team at Blueridge Preschool Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our preschool and contributing to the development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Early Childhood Educators: Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and implement engaging programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and activities.
  • Engage Children: Plan and implement activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Staff Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss children's progress, share ideas, and address any concerns.
  • Experience and Education: While experience is an asset, we welcome candidates who are pursuing or have completed a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
