About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Angel Pines Centre Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Learning
    • Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans.
    • Implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support Services
    • Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
    • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
    • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping
    • Communicate with parents about children's progress and situations.
    • Assist in keeping records and submitting written observations.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
    • Contribute to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for children.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
