Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure work schedules are met efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and service.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently upheld.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals, including:
- General Cook
- Food Service Counter Attendants
- Food Preparers
The role is physically demanding and requires:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Physical activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented setting.
Applicants should have:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in food service.
- Permanent employment status.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Availability for 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
